Had a great time at the AAF Shreveport-Bossier luncheon this afternoon presenting about Search Engine Optimization. They are a great group of folks. If anyone is looking for an amazing group to become a part of, definitely come meet the advertising federation. Here is a little more information about the organization:

Since 1937, the American Advertising Federation of Shreveport-Bossier (AAFSB), formerly the Shreveport-Bossier Advertising Federation, has been dedicated to serving its members by promoting, protecting, and advancing the broad interests of advertising, including the freedom to truthfully advertise legal products.

As the "Unifying Voice for Advertising," the American Advertising Federation (AAF), headquartered in Washington, D.C., with a Western Region office in Newport Beach, Calif., is the trade association that represents 50,000 professionals in the advertising industry. AAF's 130 corporate members are advertisers, agencies and media companies that comprise the nation's leading brands and corporations. AAF has a national network of 210 ad clubs and connects the industry with an academic base through its 210 college chapters.
