Synapse developed a company-wide Intranet and created blind logins using LDAP Authentication to allow IT administrators to easily setup new users throughout the entire application.
The system is comprised of multiple sub-systems including document management with version and security control, Sandbox management with drag and drop file interface, and custom reporting on a QAD system using a custom ODBC driver developed by Synapse. Other features include a searchable and printable company directory, news management, Email and 401k access, customizable home screens with weather, RSS feeds and other favorites; an online company store allows departments to order business cards, shirts, hats and other promotional materials from a central location – saving company costs by purchasing in bulk and standardizing promotional materials company-wide.
The application is constantly evolving with improvements and modifications.

Metro Aviation is required by the FAA to track all flight and maintenance records for its aircraft and easily retrieve the data.
An easy-to-use, web-based application was the solution to hand written logs and spread sheets currently being maintained by pilots, maintenance staff, and administrators.

Enodis requires all service agencies to undergo the Enodis Four Star Audit every 12 months. The audit includes the operating company, the service agency, the auditor and the audit director. At the beginning of each year the audit schedule is created and changes are made to the audit process. Before the new system was implemented all schedules, tasks, and records were maintained in an Excel spread sheet accessible to the audit director.
The Web-based system now works off a series of actions and scheduled events with built in reminders and email triggers.
